Open Question: What is my front bumper made of?

I have a 2010 Yaris with some minor-ish cracks in the front bumper and want to find a glue that will work as a permanent solution. On the inside of the bumper there's a stamp that I'm assuming lists the plastic type that it's made of, but I have no idea what it means.
